    OMG! Hook addressed you with number?
    when Hook actually has the data of your real name?! 😦
    I think Hook could has addressed you with your ID name, at least.

    hook should hire you as the website’s editor (if there is such).. their grammar is like whatever.. LOL.. and you deserved better than how they addressed you..
