12.02.01 News Tidbits – Lee Seung Gi

Dimple found out from someone on twitter that SeungGi would be filming King at Keimyung University’s museum this Sunday.

The school is in Daegu. I think SeungGi has performed there before. 😛

Another dclsg fan read somewhere that the person playing the royal guard leader has a lot of filmings in Damyang and Jejudo. Since he guards our prince Jae Ha, the fans are guessing that SeungGi will be showing up there as well. 😛

~~~~~~
This is somewhat related to SeungGi: 😛
DC Inside conducted a survey from Jan. 25 to Jan. 31 of ‘the most trusted drama PDs’. Guess who’s #1?
Lee Jae Gyu PD with 952 votes (29.3%)
~~~~~~

A dclsg fan posted at 11am KST that SeungGi’s first shoot for King has just ended. All the staff and the director praised SeungGi’s acting. 😀

SeungGi’s line?

“Loyalty! Sergeant Lee Jae Ha has received the order for military discharge on January 8. I’m here to report.”

    Why are the ratings so low?

  2. Anonymous says:

    I think Strong Heart is more interesting than before but the rate is lower.

  3. AnnMichelle says:

    I think Sugeun was talking about his wife’s health problems at the other station.

    • silmarwen says:

      Hımm. Don’t get me wrong but I don’t like people to talk about their personal life just to get higher ratings.

    • Anonymous says:

      And they even PR for this episode on some articles that he will reveal about his wife’s illness on KBS Win Win on Jan. 31st.
      It’s so rediculous!

      • Anonymous says:

        The previous episode’s guest was Kim Seung Woo’s next wife Kim Nam Joo who usually appeared with tears on Win Win. And last night was the illness of Lee Su Geun’s wife.
        LOL! Win Win really has “amazing couple MCs”!

        If I may just say and trust me I’m a die hard Lee Seung Gi fan, I don’t think it’s right for people to judge the promotion nor the episode of Win WIn as just a way of gettng sympathy and higher ratings for the show. Would it also be acceptable to think that they only wanted to raise awareness about the illness that could practically harm anyone? Let’s all try to be open minded about things, and really I don’t think Lee Seung Gi would be happy reading negative comments about his big hyung and his wife especially during their trying times.

        • raulgrint says:

          I am completely agree with you. Be open minded and objective towards things. We all know that LSG respect his hyung so much.

  4. Anonymous says:

    Thanks God for Seung Gi’s first smooth scene 🙂
    Can’t wait for Prince Lee Jae Ha!
    Seung Gi fighting!!!!

    I do agree that talking about their personal lives just to get higher ratings is somewhat wrong. But let us also not forget that guests on Strong Heart talks about their personal lives too and sometimes seen on the preview. I am not favoring the other show, I just want us to have an open mind.

    • diahaksaeng says:

      yeah,,,but, on strong heart, guests talks about their personal life, and on Win Win, MCs share their personal life by themself…

      • Mickuan says:

        If Seung Gi do a special episode talking about his personal life in strong heart, what would you think the rating would be? and would other people criticize?
        Well, sigh… what to say?

      • Anonymous says:

        Whoever shares, I think it’s no matter what. But I don’t like that they use the sympathy as a type of promotion before broadcasting on many articles to get higher ratings!
        They even notice many days before that Win Win’s MC Lee Su Geun will reveal his wife’s illness so the viewers don’t forget watching this episode
        It’s really a poor way!

    • kimchi says:

      sorry, I forgot to put my ID since I’m using a different PC. MCs or Guests, they all do it for the sake of the show. I just want to remind everybody not to overreact on small things and blame others for it. Blaming others will do us no good and will only cost misunderstandings. Let us all be mature fans for Seung Gi.

  6. Mickuan says:

    hopefully got picture later on

  7. poporo says:

    i hope Hodong Sunbaenim return soon !!! no reason for him to comeback now ???

    • Anonymous says:

      When Seung Gi and Ho Dong co-MCed, sometimes the ratings was still low as this episode. So do not blame it with the reason Seung Gi hosted SH alone! But I think the format of this program wasn’t interesting like before.

    I also believe Lee Jae Gyu PD’s ability and his professional. In addition of these top class line of actors, it already attracted many viewers come to it. Now I just hope drama script will daebak and don’t disappoint me.

  9. sarah says:

    great Morning news for me, to start my day!! Prince Lee Jae Ha is the name.. really cant wait to watch this daebak drama..^^
    and for his acting, Im in great confidence that he’ll do his best,and after watching the teaser MV for time for love he really improves a lot..^^
    Fighting “My King”
    but hope also he’ll have some rest.. be healthy SeungGi ya!!

  10. ara says:

    I’m not worried about the rating at all. I notice strong heart reach high ratings when they have high profile guests. For me strong heart still going strong and enjoyable to watch. Plus it’s only the beginning of the year. Give Seung Gi a break. He doesn’t have to always push for high ratings ,right. It is tiring to be on top all the time. After all, he needs to focus on drama and debut in Japan. Let’s Seung Gi have fun with strong heart. Not having high ratings doesn’t meant it’s not a good show. Still in top 20, not bad right. Strong heart will raise it’s rating when it needs too. By the way, let’s stop comparing strong heart with win win ok. We don’t want to stoop down low to their level. We might turn into them, just thinking of it is scary!!

    • ThePluieKiss says:

      I do agree with you, simply because I believe and am confident of Seung Gi’s capability, so nothing to worry, his soar won’t delay because one episode rating …. still many good things to reach, keep positive ! 🙂 ~♥~

  12. AnnMichelle says:

    I like people who treat Seung Gi nicely. That’s by association. I cannot force myself to like people who mistreat Seung Gi, simply because Seung Gi ‘like’ them (presumably, as no one really knows).

    So far I would say the evidence against the MCs of that other show are mounting. It’s only human nature to criticize when an injustice is perceived as being committed.

    • manassuper says:

      don’t worry.it’s just one of the rare day on which strong heart is not in top 20 and win win is leading.since seunggi has taken over as solo host it’s the first time tha SH is not in top 20 and WIN,WIN is leading.every program tries hard to outdo each other.champion programa are those who attain consitency in ratings which SH does.so just enjoy strong heart and keep smiling like seunggi does….
