There are articles saying TMTETS will be preempted this week, meaning the premiere of TK2H will likely be postponed until March 21. Currently, TK2H’s homepage says ‘D-blank’.
The good news is that the press conference will still take place as scheduled, on March 8.

This might be bad news for us. The PD of TMTETS has decided to join the ongoing MBC strike, and the schedule this week will likely be affected. So it’s very possible that TK2H’s premiere next week will be postponed. 😦
UPDATE: Instead of D-8, it now says D-9 on the official homepage. So the new premiere date is probably March 15. Now it’s back to D-8. Let’s just wait and see.

No… no… no… please don’t postpone… I’m already missing Seung Gi. I try to watch 1n2d s2 (sorry) but end up watching only halfway ’cause I keep wishing Seung Gi was there. Sorry for whining.
If other competing dramas start as previously scheduled, the chances are that many of the viewers would stick to the ones they have already started watching. The MBC strike most probably will have a negative effect on the rate…. I do hope my guess is wrong….. please!!
If there is a delay in The King premier, that also means other shows’ first and second episodes will be against the finales of TMETS – not something the competitors are looking forward to, no? I thought their strategy was to synchronize their shows to The King’s broadcast to avoid clashing with TMETS.
You’re definitely right. The other 2 stations seem to be more worried about the schedule change than MBC. In fact, both of them have just announced plans to postpone their new dramas by 1 week as well.

just a heads up…dramabeans posted an article saying that MBC definitely is postponing Moon/Sun finale to NEXT week..I find them to be a pretty reliable source FYI
