my bank charged made more big value (transfer fee) than the join official club fee, its hurt a lot 😦 Is there any easier way to send money from overseas? like western union maybe..
If you know any international fans going to the birthday party, you can ask them to pay for you and you can send them money in a cheaper way.

what bank account u use?? i use mandiri and they charge 35.000 idr for transfer fee and 25 USD for full amount fee so the recipient in Korea would receive the exact amount like you transfer and not lessen by the inward remittance cost from their Bank..
Bdw, Full amount fee actually isn’t mandatory fee, the mandatory fee is only the transfer fee which cost 35.000 idr
i use bca T^T the charge is 50.000 idr and 25 USD but minimum transfer should be one million, i dont have mandiri *cry*

Im thinking about that too. to minimize the transfer fee, combine few application and remit in one transaction. Put all the name in TT slip. then each of us email to Hook stated the same slip receipt. Tryp, cmiiw. Tq
I have asked my friend in Korea to transfer the fee through her bank account. But the problem is remitter’s name is not me but her. Too confusing T.T What should I do???
Actually I am thinking of doing that way. I think you can note down the detail of the transaction such as time, account, your friend’s name, etc. in the email to Hook. That’s the same email you send to apply for membership (with the application form attached). I think that might work.

Your friend can change the sender’s name. It’s possible in Korea. A Korean Airen friend did the same last time. She paid for our membership fee but she put my nickname instead. Sadly, she’s not in Korea now and it’s a problem for me to pay the membership fee.. -_-

Go to the official website (http://leeseunggi.com/), log in and go to Board then Notice. Open up the notice written in English. The download link for the form (as docx file) is on the upper right hand side of the notice screen.
Thanks AnnMichelle for providing such clear info on joining the 5th Airen official fan club. By the way, do you know the Account Name to remit the fees? My bank requires account name in addition to account number and swift code for verification purposes and make sure it is deposited to the right account. I am guessing the Account Name to be AIREN?

I am looking at my bank’s telegraphic transfer application form I used last year. Under Beneficiary’s Details, the name I put down was Hook Entertainment LTD, which was listed as the Account Holder in the notice above (between the account number and SWIFT code). That’s what you should use.

Try to click again.. it happened to us… just click the file to open again… the 2nd time i clicked, it works..
So the steps to register is
1) Sign up as member of leeseunggi.com
2) Send passport or identification to them. I am an oversea fan. Can I send them my identification card in my country. or it have to be the passport.
3) Final Variation
4) Send the fee
5) Log on to leeseungi.com and download the form
6) Send the form to them via airen@leeseunggi.com
That is it right? I just want to make sure so I can do it right I become an official Airen

Yes that is correct. You can send them the ID from your country. For no. 3? You can wait for the reply from Hook to tell you that you’re already a member.

Hi ArAeum Amira, I have a question for you. As you become an official Airen, can you see Lee Seung Gi’s schedule. Because I am planning to visit Korea next year, I would like to book his show or his performance. Am I able to do that as an official Airen?

Hi Mai Phuong, i can help Areum to answer this question.. the schedule is usually updated only during the beginning of that particular month. i.e. January schedule is updated only in beginning of January…other months’ activities/events, unless it is 100% confirmed, it will not be updated on the schedule.

after signing up, did you post a message at Freeboard? You need to post your first message at Freeboard before you can read/access to ‘World Airen’ tab. If after posting, you can’t access, logout and login again.

Areum, same procedure.. make the payment to them, fill up the form, scan your passport and then e-mail to them.. i think need to scan the proof of payment(eg. remittance advice) as well.

Since there are a lot of people registering at the same time, the verification process will likely take a while. You can probably submit your fee without waiting for the verification. I just did that for someone I know. 😛
Will have to contact girls from Kora – World Airen as thats the only one thing missing 😦 they not accepting applications after 23rd so I need to do it today. I give up trying to join as an official Airen! The entire process of registering as leeseunggi.com member has been nothing but frustrating. I never heard back from the webmaster or anyone after emailing my ID. Neither did my email query receive any response. It’s as though no one cares. 😦
How can the support teams of my perfect idol be so imperfect?!! Really hope Hook will improve the process and make it easier for overseas fans to become an official Airen…..!
