This is from the e-pop magazine (vol. 398). Joanne Gok, Executive Director of Jazzy Group, talks about her impression of SeungGi during his visit to Malaysia: (many thanks to Nicole for scanning the magazine and to AnnMichelle for her excellent translation!)
Lee Seung Gi is really smart! He’s such a clever, high EQ entertainer. First of all, I admire his attitude greatly. Although he is a top star, he has no airs and treats everyone very nicely and with courtesy; he bowed to every FM staff and kept his smile at all times. And he has a great memory. He remembered every little thing we said to him. He even remembered the host’s name, even though he was told about that only once. He is also very professional. When he was interviewed for two TV programs, unlike the usual practice of just wearing the same outfit, he had prepared beforehand and changed his clothes completely, even his shoes! From this I can tell he takes his work very seriously. He also adores and cares about his fans; backstage there were lots of food items gifted by fans and he tasted every single one!
He was also very eager to get acquaintance with local cultures. He asked us to prepare some Malaysian food for him to try. And when he tasted them, he took pictures too. When he tried silver needle noodle (or Rat noodle, a rice noodle dish) he joked that it looked like something from the outer space! Hahaha~
