You don’t have to be an official fan club member to buy the tickets. You can contact the FM organizer as stated in the notice.

The venue for the fanmeet is actually in the shppoing complex, Central World and there are a few hotels within the complex. Just type in Central World Hotel and the names of the hotels will pop up, among them Centara Grand is one. But there are a few with different prices.
