Could there be some truth to the previous rumor of a Shanghai visit for SeungGi?

It turns out that there will be a Hallyu concert in Shanghai on June 30. And the rumor on weibo is that SeungGi will be one of the performers.

It was announced today that SeungGi’s Budokan Concert would be broadcast on WOWOW Live channel at 7:30pm JST on July 15. WOWOW is a satellite/pay TV station in Japan. I guess this is good news for the Japanese fans, to be able to watch the concert on TV. But my question is, why are they announcing this before the concert? Wouldn’t it affect the concert ticket sales?
