I guess there was a rumor that May 19 was the last day of filming. But DongHa just tweeted at 11:07am KST today that the final filming schedule had been posted. So it’s safe to assume that the filming is winding down but they still have a little more work to do.

I didn’t think this was allowed (considering the gag order during the final days of MGIG), but Lee Yoon Ji tweeted about TK2H filming today. She posted 2 pictures of herself in Doosan Bears baseball uniform, and said she threw the first ball as princess JaeShin. She then said, “The one next to me, in particular, is not Eun Shi Kyung, but Eun Jong Do.” [JongDo can mean a follower.]
To be honest, AhHa couple has all my love in this drama. But I hope ESK doesn’t die, because JaeHa would likely blame himself for ESK’s death and I don’t want him to live with guilt for the rest of his life.

This just goes to show what a professional actor SeungGi is. We all know SeungGi is afraid of heights and doesn’t like amusement park rides like the viking ship. Yet he looked like he was having a lot of fun riding the viking ship during the filming. So has he finally overcome his fear of heights? NO!
Someone who works at Gyeongju World shared some stories on twitter. She said SeungGi asked if the viking ship would go all the way up, and he didn’t think he could ride it if it went too high. Then after the filming, the director saw the Mega Drop, and jokingly said they should film an extra scene there. SeungGi got horrified, and kept saying, “Andwe, andwe!” ๐

Today, she was in Hongdae filming a club scene. Prince Jae Ha and HangAh were reported to be in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do. But a dclsg fan found this picture and said Prince Jae Ha was there but had left before this picture was taken. This place is supposed to be the JSA (joint security area) in the DMZ. I don’t know the original source for these rumors, but I read them on China Cafe:
1. Mercedes-Benz is also a sponsor of the drama.
2. Prince Jae Ha was supposed to be engaged to someone else, but the plan fell through due to various reasons. He didn’t decide to marry a North Korean until he wanted to get revenge.
3. The NK and SK military had joint training. Prince Jae Ha and Hang Ah were assigned to the same team. And for some reason, they ended up living in the same room (!) and started fighting…
4. The first half of the drama is comedy. Prince Jae Ha and Hang Ah met on Day 1.
5. Jae Ha was a prince in the first 5 episodes. His older brother, the original King, probably died in Episode 6. So Jae Ha became King in Episode 6 or 7.
6. When Jae Ha was in the military, he took total advantage of his royal family background. He was self-centered, defiant, and followed no rules. But during the joint training, Hang Ah probably taught him a lesson.

I was so excited when I read the rumors at China Cafe. It’s brilliant to make our prince the second son – sort of explains his rebellious behavior (think Prince Harry) and heightens the tension, both internal and external, when he eventually comes to the throne.
Just imagine he and Miss Ha in the same room, first quarreling and then physically fighting! Oh my, wish THIS rumor is true.
In fact I don’t mind not seeing any pictures yet. I can live on these rumors until opening day : )

I’m sorry to say this, but don’t you think that covert advertisement on this drama is used a little too much? I read somewhere that one of the reasons why the rating is declining is because the audience is getting annoyed on the excessive use of donuts. I know that they need to do that because they are sponsors but I just wish that they can tone down the advertisements.
PS: Please don’t get me wrong.. I looooooooove this drama by the way and if lee jae ha..i mean lee seung gi will also be giving me a heart-shaped donut then consider i said nothing about the advertisement. ^_^

I admire how he overcame his braveness to filming the viking scenes despite of having fear for height and such. ( Oh yeah im having fear og height too!!)
