SeungGi went out shopping despite the typhoon 8 warning?!

Some fans spotted him shopping yesterday. One of the fans called her friends to have dinner after she got back from the airport. She was telling her friends about what happened with SeungGi at the airport, and when they finished dinner, they actually saw SeungGi!!!
Apparently, despite the bad weather, there were a few shops still open. The fans spoke to him in Korean and got autographs. He was very nice and friendly. The fan asked if he had his dinner, he said he did already. When asked what he had, he replied – Korean food.
They stood very close because the shop was not very big. When the fans asked him for autographs, he waited for them to find a pen. He said no problem, and he was so cute. Although he did not have any makeup on, he had a big smile. “Can I say he is handsome? hehe”
